Widford, East Herts | successful planning application
Following a lengthy negotiation process with East Herts Council we are pleased to report that planning and listed building consent was gained for this development of three open market dwellings, two affordable houses and conversion of existing barn to open market dwelling.
The application was presented to the committee, who remarked on the contemporary design being entirely appropriate adjacent to two listed barns. Consent was given unanimously on 6th November 2012 and formal decision notices issued on 7th November 2012.
