Our services can essentially be divided into three main stages as follows:

Stage 1 – RIBA stages A to D

Preparation of brief, survey, spatial design, concept ideas, strategic organisation, sketch design through to scheme design and submission for detailed planning permission

Stage 2 – RIBA stages E and F

Construction information: detail design, production information comprising detail drawings and specification and submission for building regulations

Stage 3 – RIBA stages G to L

Construction: Tender to builders and contract administration of the construction process to completion and use of the building
